Mathematics Through Play

At Infanterix Schwabing, the educators have chosen barnyard as our current theme. What type of animals and also how many of them, live in the different stables? You might ask yourself what that has to do with math? Well, we use animal pictures, number cards and glass blocks to support children’s developing ability to work with numbers, making math both visible and tangible.
