Unterhaching

Infanterix Unterhaching houses five German-French groups: three nursery groups and two kindergarten groups. It comprises 1330 square meters.

Every nursery group includes up to 12 children aged between six months and three years. Each group has its own group room with an adjoining sleeping room, a bathroom and a cloakroom. The nursery rooms were designed based on the specific needs for infants and toddlers. Each group area is divided into age-appropriate learning, exploring and movement zones.

Beside nap times, the sleeping rooms can be used for games involving physical activity.

In the bathroom, one will find changing tables, toilets and a shower/bathtub.

Every kindergarten group includes up to 25 children from the age of 3 years until school enrolment, and has a group room with an adjoining bathroom and a cloakroom. Each kindergarten group has its own kitchen, specially designed for young children. They can help prepare their meals, gain knowledge about a healthy diet while the children are being fostered in independence and self-confidence.

In the basement, one will find a large sports room with equipment including a climbing frame. Material for activity trails is also available.

Our garden, compromising of more than 660 square meters, is located directly behind the center. A range of playground equipment for children to climb, slide, hide and for playing hide and seek can be found. In the sandpit, the children can build, play and enjoy sensory experiences. There is also a net swing, a slide and a playhouse.

In a nature trail, the children can hear different sounds, identify smells, feel and discover different materials and textures. As a result, they collect diverse sensory experiences.
The children get the opportunity to play and run in the lawn area. The children can even find small hiding places in the garden’s willow bushes!

The Free State of Bavaria grants parents a subsidy of EUR 100 per month: The subsidy applies as of the 1st September of the year in which the child turns 3, regardless of whether the child attends nursery or kindergarten, and is paid until school entry. The monthly subsidy is granted for as long as the Free State of Bavaria pays out this subsidy to the carrier.

Our core hours are daily from Monday to Friday from 08:45am until 12:45pm. The booking of these core hours are mandatory for each child.

The monthly parental contribution is an essential part of our operating costs. This is why payment must be made even when we are temporarily closed or if the child is absent for a longer period of time.

Upon execution of the service contract, a security payment of 1.000€ as well as an administration fee of 270€ shall become due.

The payment will be reimbursed within 8 weeks after the child leaves our facility.
