As tradition has it, we once again made lanterns for St. Martin’s Day throughout all our facilities at Infanterix. At Infanterix Blumenau, we used the wax technique. Simply drizzle a few drops of wax on a piece of paper, iron and the lantern is almost done. All you have to do is paint the lid and the bottom of the lantern in your favourite colour and glue everything together. Now nothing can stand in the way of a little lantern parade …
The little ones from our Infanterix Ismaning nursery groups also used this occasion to get creative while making their masterpieces. In addition to the colourful lanterns for St. Martin’s Day, the parents from the parents’ council also baked little Martin Goose cookies. Almost too good to eat …
The children at Infanterix Schwabing were also working diligently on their handicraft projects. Each group made different lanterns. All equally good, but also unique with either colourful stickers, cheeky winking mushrooms or handprint animals. There are no rules or limits to what the imagination can create.
