Vegetable patch
By Marina Huber In NewsIn our facility in Aubing we have a nice garden with our very own vegetable patch. It is our annual recurring project to plant vegetables and observe these while they grow. Together the educators and children start by preparing the vegetable patch. The seeds are sown and the bought plants are planted and watered regularly. The children enjoy watching the sown seeds produce a crop and seeing the results of their efforts. However, the highlight is when the vegetables are harvested and can be eaten. A few days ago, we replanted the vegetable patch and we hope that the seeds produce another lovely crop this year.
