Gymnastics in Freiham

However, the aim is not to achieve top sporting performances, but rather to train the children’s dexterity and body awareness. Carefully pulling a ball towards them with a rope and a hula hoop without it rolling out, swinging back and forth on the rope like Tarzan and Jane, or even getting balls into colour-matched rings.
