{"id":42,"date":"2013-03-01T09:26:44","date_gmt":"2013-03-01T09:26:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/?page_id=42"},"modified":"2023-01-19T08:09:37","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T07:09:37","slug":"bildungsziele","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/en\/bildungsziele\/","title":{"rendered":"Educational goals"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Educational goals<\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">An important pillar of our work with children is the Bavarian Education and Formation Plan for Children (Bayerischer Bildungs- und Erziehungsplan &#8220;BEP&#8221;).<\/h2>\n<p>Various concepts and skills are reinforced in accordance with this plan: such as resilience, responsibility, self-esteem, collaboration, and effective communication.\u00a0 Intercultural education, linguistic support, and training in mathematics and sciences are fundamental elements of the &#8220;BEP&#8221; and therefore part of our work.<br \/>\nBy observing the children in our care, we are able to organise activities that correspond to each child\u2019s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical developmental stages. The children\u2019s learning paths start with their respective experiences and home environments and lead to further developmental processes.<br \/>\nEntering into learning partnerships with children, allowing them to participate in the creative process, and involving them in their developmental and learning paths are key aspects in Infanterix\u2019s unique approach.<br \/>\nInquiry and critical thinking skills are encouraged through curiosity, exploration, examination, and analysis of their learning environments and natural surroundings.\u00a0 The children themselves are encouraged to activate all of their senses to interact with their environments. At this age, everything about learning and understanding is connected to active perception, movement, and action.<br \/>\nWe observe these learning and developmental processes, document them in portfolios, and describe them in personal learning histories. We regularly meet with parents to discuss their child\u2019s progress developmental advancement.<br \/>\nTo be able to cope with life, a human being needs particular life skills that are acquired over time.<br \/>\nIn early childhood the term \u2018basic skills\u2019 is used.
