They wanted their children to be well prepared to adapt to the new languages they would encounter in their new living environments. Recent scientific findings support this concept: according to these findings, children who have been consistently exposed to other linguistic systems in early childhood, adapt more successfully to new languages.<\/p>\n<p>By employing native speakers as teachers and educators who, due to their training in their respective countries, are able to share a vast knowledge of differing educational approaches, the concept of multilingual and multicultural education has been met by all Infanterix facilities. The requirements arose from discussions in professional circles about other European childcare concepts. An increasing number of parents also expressed their wish to continue the day nursery model (for children under three years) in the kindergarten for children aged three to six.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In<strong> January 2007, <\/strong>the Infanterix establishment at <strong>Neuhausen<\/strong> was started with a French-German and English-German nursery group. Because the demand for vacancies in multicultural nurseries is so high in Munich, the facility was extended to include another two groups in October of the same year.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> March 2009,<\/strong> another centre was founded \u2013 Infanterix <strong>Harras<\/strong>. This accommodates two French-German nursery groups.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> September 2009,<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Neuhausen<\/strong> opened a French-German kindergarten group for 24 children, and in September 2010, an English-German kindergarten group was added.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> January 2012,<\/strong> Infanterix opened another establishment in <strong>Schwabing <\/strong>(previously Das Gl\u00fcckskinderhaus). Our focus here lies on\u00a0 German and French.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11215\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Gl\u00fcckskinderhaus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"60\" height=\"60\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Gl\u00fcckskinderhaus.png 220w, https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Gl\u00fcckskinderhaus-200x200.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 60px) 100vw, 60px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In<strong> April 2013,<\/strong> another facility was founded (Infanterix <strong>Moosach)<\/strong> with two German-English nursery groups and one German-English kindergarten group.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>October 2013,<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Aubing<\/strong> opened its doors. This establishment consists of three nursery and two kindergarten groups. Our focus here is on German and English.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>March 2014, <\/strong>Infanterix <strong>Blumenau<\/strong> opened, and comprises four German-English nursery groups.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> May 2015, <\/strong>following a takeover, <strong>Aubing 2<\/strong>\u00a0(previously Die Gl\u00fccksb\u00e4ren) was created.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11214\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Gl\u00fccksb\u00e4ren.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"136\" height=\"50\" \/><br \/>\nIt has two German-English nursery groups, one kindergarten group and one after-school care group.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>September 2015,<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Westpark<\/strong> was opened. The centre consists of two German-French nursery groups and one kindergarten group.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>November<\/strong> <strong>2015,<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Neuhausen 2<\/strong>\u00a0(previously Lucky children) was acquired. The establishment is composed of two German-English nursery groups.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11216\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Lucky-Children.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"91\" height=\"50\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Lucky-Children.png 201w, https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Logo-Lucky-Children-200x111.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 91px) 100vw, 91px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>September 2017<\/strong>, Infanterix opened the company-run day care centre SieKids Kleine Wittelsbacher. The centre is located next to the headquarters of Siemens AG on Wittelsbacherplatz and provides room for two nursery groups and one kindergarten group.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>February 2018,<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Neuperlach<\/strong> was opened. The centre consists of two German-French nursery groups and three kindergarten groups.<\/li>\n<li>In<strong> June 2018, <\/strong>following a takeover, <strong>Haidhausen 1<\/strong> and <strong>Haidhausen 2<\/strong>\u00a0(previously Die Marienk\u00e4fer Kindervilla) were created.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11217\" src=\"https:\/\/www.infanterix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Marienk\u00e4fer.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"60\" height=\"60\" \/><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>July<\/strong> <strong>2019<\/strong> Infanterix took over 4 facilities from Zuki (Zukunft Kinderkrippe). The centre consists of three German-English nursery groups and two kindergarten groups.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>October 2020<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Germering<\/strong> was opened. The establishment consists of one kindergarten group and two nursery groups.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>February 2021<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Freiham<\/strong> was opened. The facility consists of three nursery groups and three kindergarten groups.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>November 2021<\/strong> Infanterix <strong>Augsburg Antonsviertel<\/strong> was opened.
