Teamwork is very important at Infanterix. This is evident in the nature by which employees apply their skills and talents in collaborative ways and infuse their cultural experiences into their daily routines.
Staffing of our groups and the qualifications of staff comply with the Bavarian Children’s Education and Care Law (BayKiBiG). In each group one employee speaks only German and the other employees speak with the children in English or French at a native speaker level.
Benjamin B. Tajedini
Benjamin Tajedini is the founder and Managing Director of Infanterix multilingualen Krippen & Kindergärten. He himself is a father of two and a French citizen who, as a native of Persia, was raised multilingual in Munich. With several companies, he is advancing the development of multilingual facilities/institutions for infants and preschool children. He previously worked as a consultant and manager in the IT sector. In addition, he graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen in 2015 with a degree in Social Business Administration. Based on his own need to find flexible and multilingual daycare for his children, he passionately immersed himself in the field of childcare. Together with his pedagogical management team, he is continually envisioning and implementing numerous possibilities for professional, multilingual childcare.
Managing director / Head of Education Department
A mother of three children, Annett Nkaira-Hess has been a part of the Infanterix team since June 2009. Ms Nkaira-Heß is a trained nursery teacher and has worked as an educational professional since 1990. She can draw on more than 20 years of experience in various institutions and has learned a variety of educational concepts during this time. In addition, she studied “Early Childhood Education and Management” from 2008 to 2010: having begun her studies at HTWK in Leipzig and completing her studies at KSFH due to her relocation to Munich.
Ms Nkaira-Heß’s extensive training and interest in early childcare led her to Infanterix in 2011. She has operated as the Head of the Education Department and the procurator of Infanterix since this time. In 2015, Annett Nkaira-Heß also received a degree in Social Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen. She is responsible for the quality control in the facilities, the implementation and expansion of the educational concept, as well as conducting training and team events. From the 1st of January 2018, the role of managing director of Infanterix, together with Benjamin Tajedini has been taken over.
As a pedagogical educator, Nina Blagojevic has been assisting the development of new groups and facilities at Infanterix since October 2008. Since 1992, she has gained much experience in nursery and kindergarten, learning and implementing many different educational models in her work. As a result of her extensive experience and knowledge in the creation of new facilities, she has been a department leader since January 2016. Mrs. Blagojevic supports the Infanterix team with the implementation of our pedagogic concepts, and is responsible for the quality of our educational work in new and existing facilities.
